3. Candidate submissions

By submitting an application or uploading documents, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to share uploaded documents. You consent to Falcon Locums verifying your credentials and sharing your profile with facility clients for matching purposes.

4. Facility submissions

By requesting staffing, facility clients authorize Falcon Locums to source and present candidate profiles. Facility clients agree to maintain confidentiality of candidate information received.

5. No guarantee of placement

Falcon Locums does not guarantee placement for candidates or fulfillment for facility clients. We use commercially reasonable efforts to match candidates and fill requests.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Falcon Locums or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Locums shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
